This committee organizes a mitten and coat drive for our Sister School- Hillcrest
Elementary (we'd like to include books this year also). Based upon the story
The Giving Tree, this important event provides our friends with warm
clothing as well as enables TRES to engage in the rewarding acts of kindness
and giving. Co-chairs Amy Austin and Christine Perry will coordinate this event
which includes placing a tree in near the stairway of the school on November
1st. The children will bring in mittens, hats, scarves etc. to hang on the tree.
Books will be placed below the tree. The last drop off will be November 22nd.
What a perfect way to begin the season of giving!
